• Job Details:Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Drive the adoption and implementation of agile metrics and reporting, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making and improve team performance. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact of those changes on team productivity and project outcomes. Effective vendor engagement with the right people. Work with the team product manager to align key outcomes and deliverables needed for request for proposal (RFP) when sourcing vendors.

Scrum Master

• Job Details:Work closely with different stakeholders including customers to understand customer needs, manage the backlog and resolve any impediments. Work with the team to address project scope – quality – cost and time related issues. Solid understanding of software development life cycle models. Drive the understanding of agile principles within the project team. Ensure the team‘s understanding and proper execution of the organization's agile development processes. Facilitate the team’s daily activities following different scrum events. Support and mentor the team in understanding agile methodology principals across all team members. Establish and monitor agile performance KPIs for the project team with a target to enhance team performance. Support the establishment of multi-disciplinary knowledge and experience across all team members covering all aspects of the development cycle (req. analysis – design – coding – testing, delivery etc..). Identify potential risks that could impact the delivery and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.

Software Engineer

• Job Details:Develop maintainable, efficient, and reliable software. Conduct and participate in technical discussions within the team as well as with other groups across business units in the company.
