• Job Details:Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording both accounts payable and accounts receivable data. Ensure accuracy and integrity by meticulously verifying invoices against purchase orders to confirm receipt of goods or services before authorizing vendor payments. Additionally, review invoices to ensure all required documentation is complete prior to processing payments. Including vendor payments in the cash flow and monitoring them until the payment date. Reconciling the bank balance with the system on a daily basis. Review vendor accounts regularly to ensure balances are accurate. If discrepancies are identified, adjust them in the first transaction with the vendor. Examine accounts receivable and customer credit balances, and confirm incoming payments correspond with issued invoices. Analyzing the cost of goods sold (COGS) in relation to revenue for each transaction to ensure gross profit aligns with the company’s accounting and administrative policies. Settle monthly sales VAT, monthly income tax and quarterly purchases withholding tax. Track company expenditures on fixed assets against the capital budget to ensure compliance with IFRS capitalization criteria. Assess fixed asset obsolescence and discuss with management the need for depreciation or potential improvement. Prepare quarterly statements of financial position (SFP) for the company’s legal auditor. Prepare quarterly budgets for anticipated expenses and revenues, and conduct variance analysis at the conclusion of each quarter. Prepare statements of financial position (SFP) for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024), approved by the company’s legal auditor.
