• Job Details:• Achieve sales target. • Ensure proper maintenance of merchandise based on standards. • Ensure that the department at all times renders excellent customer service. • Ensure quality of products that are displayed in the department. • Ensure that the department observes good housekeeping at all times. • Ensure that that the department properly implements promotional activities. • Gather, analyze and develop customer services initiatives to address customer feedback and concerns. • Prompt feedback and coordination with suppliers regarding status of deliveries. • Efficient monitor and analysis of stocks replenishment details. • Properly supervise, ensure training and effectively motivates all selling personnel inside/outside. • Properly secure all merchandise from shrinkage & pilferage. • Assist the store in controlling operating expenses (OT, light, water, supplies). • Initiates project and activities that will help generate sales.
