• Job Details: Obtain pricing rates from service departments, subcontractors and foreign agents  Organizing with our agents offices most competitive rates to meet our customer requirements & able to compete in the market  Assist sales executive in creating quotations based on shipment design  Routing customer LCL , FCL or Air freight shipment from the country of origin to desired Egyptian port in coordination with one of our agents  Following up & ensuring shipment pick up on time from customer’s shipper with our agent  Confirmation shipping goods to the nearest vessel to ensure the delivery of the consignment at the date specified by the client  Organize shipment documentation for clients  Follow-up to the arrival of the vessel with navigation line to respond to the client to confirm the planned arrival of his cargo  Update clients with the shipments status  Resolve any issues that may arise during operations  Monitoring the issuance of LCL, FCL & Air invoices is by the team for on time shipment releasing upon vessel & flight arrival  Resolve discrepancies and/or claims regarding client invoices  Issuing weekly reports for LCL, FCL & air freight shipments  Establish, develop & maintain business relationship with current & prospective customers  Setting high standards of performance for self & others.
