• Job Details:- Meet with prospective B2B clients locally and internationally to understand their needs and present tailored agricultural product solutions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and enhance export market presence. - Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and contracts for agricultural products, ensuring compliance with client specifications and export regulations. - Track the progress of orders and projects, coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. - Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, coordinating meetings to develop solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications for both local and export markets.

Technical Sales Support Engineer

• Job Details:- Coordinates equipment orders with order management departments at foreign equipment companies. - Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, coordinating meetings to develop solutions, preparing reports to foreign companies, making recommendations and feedback. - Developing the customer database. - Manage good relationship with utmost keenness regarding awareness of various equipment products ranges and engineering specification/manufacturing capabilities.
