Planning Engineer

• Job Details:Manage planning activities for two projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports and monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting project status, milestones, and critical issues. Update and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, incorporating progress updates, resource allocations, and critical path analysis. Utilize Aconex to update and track procurement and engineering logs, ensuring accurate documentation and progress tracking. Assist the senior contracts engineer in preparing and raising interim payment applications (IPA) monthly, verifying quantities and progress as per site conditions. Prepare and submit variation orders (VO) by assessing scope changes and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Support in claiming extension of time (EOT) by analyzing delays, preparing supporting documentation, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Prepare the weekly cost report of the project to evaluate the overall cost at the end of the project. Prepare and verify the payment certificates of sub-contractor for smooth processing of their invoice.

Trainee Civil Engineer

• Job Details:As a project base trainee engineer at PARCO Muzaffargarh, diversion of pipeline from 945TK43 to 1010TK01. I must ensure all execution on site according to IFC approval of IRS clients satisfaction and BBS for IPC following the project baseline, safety measures including crane capacity, third party inspection, work permits leveling and alignment of pipeline.
