Maintain and manage essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Perform server administration tasks, such as user/group management, security permissions, group policies, and print services. Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide technical support when needed. Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups, to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Implement and maintain security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and regular backups. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to develop expertise and train staff on new technologies.

• Job Details:Network and firewall administrator. Install and configure switches. Manage network access point WLC and technology tools. Manage backup firewall and switches and routers. Manage routers and communication with ISPs. Work on Cisco DNA server. Audit technical team in branches (network and switches and firewalls). Joining IP cameras and monitoring sys (NVR).
