• Job Details: Assisting in developing SCADA system for monitoring M/C parameters as historical and runtime values for the purpose of measuring M/C performance  Integrating Preheater device with CV. line including WINCC operator panel modifications and S7 300 PLC program modification.  Supporting production people to maximize productivity Through keeping minimum troubleshooting rate .  FMEA analysis for mega breakdowns.  Assisting in building MV-Screening line from scratch including PLC-Software ,HMI and wiring .  Assisting in modifying HV-Sheathing line adding 1 Extruder and synchronise with M/C.  Make commissioning for Drum twister 3000M/C  Prepare a daily consumption report for spare parts  Organize duties between Technicians in the team  Prepare reports for maintenance manager quarterly and yearly for spare parts and and how to control cost and minimize losses

• Job Details:general supervision on installing 10MW power station for factory supply , ( 5 cells switch gear, 5NOS 2MW transformers and low voltage cabinets including adjusting all the values of the O.L current and adjusting tape changer of the transformers ).  Executing all the electrical works in the low voltage station from choosing the proper cable sizes’ , termination ,arranging over cable tray and connection from transformer to low voltage and from low voltage to machines  General supervision for all the mechanical and electrical works in the compressed air station including setup compressors , pressure vessel , air driers and all the piping works inside and outside the station.  Working under the supervision of Austrians in installing 3 SML 7 layers cast film machines from platform till the run test including all mechanical and electrical works  Working with Italians in installing 6NOS 480 M^3 Penta silos including all the mechanical and electrical works .  I take the responsibility with my team under the supervision of Italians to install a debagging machine to serve silos with all electrical and mechanical work and the run test.  General supervision for assembling , installing and setup for 4NOS 300 tons Hitian injection machines and 2NOS 450 tons Hitian injection machines .  Execute all the complete electromechanical works for a new extension 1200 m^2 , 18 m height such like 150m of compressed air pipes, 250m water line supply and return , 300 m cable tray with support, arranging 15NOS of 240mm cables over this cable tray along this distance 300m with the ends termination and connection , all the lighting works including piping and wiring and control panel for a 30 high pay light on the height of 18 m.  Working under the supervision of Germans for installing Riefenhauzer 3 layers blown film machines including all electromechanical works .  Complete responsibility about troubleshooting and provide all the spare parts and being sure from the stability of running of all the machines without any problems.  Prepare all the feedback reports including fault report , spare parts flow report , annual preventive maintenance plan, preventive maintenance procedure for each machine and contractors current situation .
