Microbiologist

• Job Details:Planning and implementing microbial testing of raw materials and finished products, personal hygiene testing of workers, carrying out staff trainings regarding hygiene, halal practices, food safety and quality control procedures, performing weekly environmental microorganism growth monitoring, daily R.O testing and chlorine testing in water, performing swab tests, efficacy testing of sanitizing agents, involved in preparation and sterilization of microbiological media, designing and implementation of new tests for improvement in food and safety standards, analyzing and interpreting data, coordination with other internal departments, involved in document validation and SOP making, maintaining all data and documentation, performing food safety and standardization audits, performance of quality assurance tests.
