• Job Details:•Handling all import shipments FCL, LCL, Air, Courier Shipments • Receive requests from sales department to get Best freight Rate • Checking rates with Freight forwarders in order to choose the Best Freight rate after sales confirmation to start handle the shipment • follow up with Suppliers Regarding the shipping docs needed in each shipment and follow with them until receiving the original docs and upload the docs on Cargo X • Send a Request to clearance department to issue ACID Number to let supplier mention in it all docs • Send all docs to Broker once received from our supplier to clear the shipments and notify them before vessel arrive in order to release the D/O and clear the shipment and follow up until receive the cargo in the warehouse • Make an Excel invoice for some of suppliers to support them to upload the docs on cargo X • follow up the with finance in order to pay to the forwarders the freight invoices within the due date & also for suppliers • Make daily reports showing status for each shipment • Support suppliers by Uploading for them the Documents on cargo X

Senior operation spechialstFull Time

• Job Details:Prepare with customer all needed documents for clearance and coordinate it with the brokers •Communicate with customers & shipping line overseas •Follow up the shipments till arrival •Create booking manual & online on system related to shipping line •Identify incoming documents to insure that required documents are received. •Obtain arrival information from co-loaders. •Coordinate carriers and col-loaders release, submit BOL and freight payments. •Coordinate and prepare entry summary when required. •Monitor Custom's release of shipments. •Communicate shipment status to customers . •Arrange final delivery of shipments
