- Communicate with the client and presenting the company offer and start selling the product
- Negotiate with the client regarding prices under the management instructions .

- Agreed with the customer on the payment terms :-
Letter of Credit OR Down payment + Cash against Original Documents presented from the seller’s bank to the buyer’s bank as it the safe way .
- Agreed on the Delivery time with the customer and must Coordinate that with the production in the factory ( The Delivery on time is like the quality very important and more important in the letter of credit - Latest Date of shipment to avoid any amendments in the future )
- Send samples to the customer if possible to check the quality and confirm from his side .
- Pay attention to the order specifications and the customer must send a confirmation on that to avoid any misunderstanding .
- Follow-up the order on the production lines and attention to the expected quality from the customer and ready for the delivery date on Time .
- Load the goods and arrange the DOC ( Packing List – Commercial Invoice Final shipping Declaration – Euro one Certificate – Bill of Lading .
- Track the shipment and receive the rest of the amount .
- Communicate with the customers for After Sales services and note all the comments and look for another order from him .
- Send all the comments to the management to keep the quality and our services as per the expected .
- Check the latest news from the competitors in the industry
- The international prices for our products to update our reference
- follow up and work according to the company policy.
- Keep in touch with the current customers and reach to a new and built long business relationship .
- Do what's Possible to place a new order and cover the production lines .
