• Job Details:Responsibilities : • Produce construction documents • Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges • Over the shoulder training, developing and shadowing to staff • Content creation: Families such as parametric, formula, nested and type catalogues • Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit • Early design review and constructability analysis • Manage / Update BIM Project Documents • 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification • 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks • Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team • Manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project teams • Prepare project specific training documentation and project BIM execution plans • Lighting simulation to the architectural models using Dialux and Ecotect
