• Job Details:Responsible for the maintenance of heavy equipment & light vehicles at El-Alamein central workshop.  Develop a preventive maintenance plan to optimize equipment reliability according to manuals and field test to avoid cost losses.  Follow up different equipment at the site such as: Loaders, excavators, tractors and portable cranes & light vehicles such as: buses and commercial.  Ensure compliance of maintenance activities with environmental and safety regulations  Ensure the availability of required spare parts and manages their consumption and inventory in accordance to the budget.  Assign duties to technicians according to urgency and qualification of each individual.  Establish and maintains business relations with suppliers and coordinates with them to secure high level of service and ensures contingency plans are in place. Achievements :  Reduce the expense of Oil change by 12 % by testing oil before change it.  Increase life-time of oil in all equipment by matching result of testing and ultring working hours accordingly resulting cost saving.

Steel fabrication workshop engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Revise The consultant drawing for various projects with the technical office  Assign tasks to groups leaders and observe the carrying out process and resolve the problems that facing the groups.  Installation of various projects .  Make adjustment of the workshop drawings if it`s any mistakes and revise them with the technical office .  Coordinate the installation process with other department .
