• Job Details:- Studying the machines production rates. - Preparing the weekly machines production plan. - Preparing the monthly Utilization report for all machines showing how many days will operate the machines among the month. - Preparing the daily extrusion machines Plan. - Following the production plans to ensure that they achieve the needed target. - Prepare Production following Plan with expecting production report for the next week. - In case of any problems occurs during the production plan, work quickly to change the production plans with considering achieving the monthly plan target. - Monitor the Stock levels to be located between the specified parameters & make assure that there are not any inactive stocks at store and handle plans of using the arising ones. - Prepare schedules for all raw materials with suppliers to arrive at factory in time. - Following the schedules to ensure that they are going well as planned. - Prepare the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Report for electric power cables according to International Electric Code (IEC). - Prepare Purchasing Orders (POs) for needed quantities of raw materials. - Prepare the daily needed raw materials for production machines. - Follow up the production department and the materials issued from stores department to ensure that the material had consumed as planned. - Preparing Materials short lists and discuss it with the procurement dept. to urge them to supply the raw materials at the needed time or rearrange the production plans and delivery schedules in case of forced delays . - Supervision the monthly and yearly inventory with the financial department. - Prepare study for raw materials Cost reduction. - Prepare reports about critical material situation. - Quick solving any problem appears belongs to raw materials. - Search for new Raw Materials suppliers around the world. - Negotiate with these suppliers to obtain the best shipping, payment terms and the best price. - Make deals with suppliers and contract for raw material. - Prepare the needed time table of receiving the external raw materials and coordinate it with the external raw materials suppliers. - Follow up the shipping and arrival dates of RM patches and deal with any delay of arrival date quickly to insure that there is no shortage of raw materials in factory's warehouse. - Prepare meeting with raw materials suppliers from all over the world specially (US, Europe Union, Korea, India, Turkish, and China) and provide output as required. - Prepare the business meeting summery report. - Attend any relevant meetings regular and provide required reports as required. - Prepare study to improve the production process. - Undertake other tasks & duties according to the supply chain director's request. - Check the monthly sales order & review the technical office for its data.
