• Job Details:•Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, covering materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. •Analyze project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and requirements, to determine scope. •Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing schedules. •Ensure estimates are competitive, profitable, and aligned with project budgets. Tendering & Proposal Preparation •Compile and submit tender documents, including cost breakdowns, technical proposals, and compliance statements. •Review tender requirements to ensure alignment with client specifications and company standards. •Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather competitive pricing and technical inputs. Sr. Civil tender engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Review and study all tender documents to ensure that all data required for pricing are available. • Send inquiries to clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors. • Prepare a tender brief. • Attend tender site visit and prepare report. • Attend pre & post contract interviews and clients meetings. • Prepare technical queries such as, details, missing documents pertaining to the tender. • Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer. • Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements and make comparative analysis. • Quantity take-off from the drawings according to the project BOQ. • Preparation of material takeoff. • Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation. • Prepare detailed estimation and cost analysis for direct cost (material, labor, equipment & subcontractor and any other construction costs) • Create the cost breakdown sheets. • Prepare value engineering proposals. • Revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received. • Preparation of the bid packages technical and commercial proposal. • Attend pre & post contract interviews, client meetings. • Negotiating with clients and subcontractors. • Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value.
