Senior Operation Officer - Hotel Accommodation

• Job Details:Handling all the bookings inquiries since the creation moment and ensuring the confirmation of the bookings with all our partners (suppliers or hotels). Handling all the communications between our partners and any notification from the hotels. Handling all the failed bookings whether to confirm in the original or to find better alternatives to secure the guest. Handling any after sales inquiries (incidents - amend - waiving penalty requests or failed cancellation due to system errors). Handling any issue that might happen (before - within or after the stay) such as rate violations, payment issues or any mismatch between the systems.

Customer Care and Partner Support

• Job Details:Handling all the customers requests and all the partners requests. Coordinated testing and validation, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Providing better assistance and helping in a proper solution for the issues including reallocation services.
