• Job Details:As the Quality Manager of Al-alem Dental Centers , the first and only GAHAR fully accredited dental center in Egypt , my primary role is to uphold and continuously enhance the quality and safety of care in alignment with GAHAR accreditation standards. I am responsible for maintaining the GAHAR accreditation, ensuring that all departments remain compliant with the required standards through structured internal audits, gap analyses, and active follow-up on corrective actions. I lead the training and capacity-building of staff to promote a deep understanding of quality and patient safety principles. I oversee performance monitoring systems, using data-driven KPIs to evaluate service effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. I collaborate closely with leadership and clinical teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce variability, optimize resource utilization, and minimize waste to ensure a patient-centered care experience.

I help international patients access top-tier medical services in Egypt through NileCure. I ensure seamless coordination between our case managers, healthcare providers, and logistics teams to deliver a smooth, supportive, and high-quality experience throughout each patient’s medical journey.
