• Job Details:Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is the leading community real estate developer in Egypt, with a land bank of 50 million square meters. The most prominent development projects which i worked in are "Al Rehab City",“Madinaty” project, compounds like "May Fair" in Al Shourouk, and "Al Rabwa" in Six of October City. At Tallat Moustafa Group I was in charge of the Electromechanical Facilities Department which included all the mechanical, electrical & (HVAC) works such as Generators & Fire Fighting & Centera Air Conition &Low; Voltage Electrical Staions& Elevators & Escalators & Travelators & Pump Staions ( Water and Fire Fighting ) & Fire Alarm & CCTV & Plumbing & Fountains & Swimming Pools &... The Projects which i was in charge are: AL Rehab City ( Mall1, Open Food Court, New Souq, Mall2, Lilak, Club, Administration Zone, Craft Zone(under construction), Massaged, ...) Madinaty City ( Arabisque Mall, Open Food Court, retails in district areas, Massaged, Madinaty Main Enterance, Club, Open air Mall (under construction) , ... I was managing a team of more than 90 technicians and engineers looking after about 16 premises at AL rehab city, Madinaty , and other compounds. I was Monitoring of tenants of all premises to insure that they are adhering to company operational guidelines. My Main responsibilities are: - Ensure the Correct Handover of all Electromechanical Systems from contractors. - Ensure the Correct Operation of all Electromechanical Systems and perform necessary maintenance on a regular basis. - Supervises subordinates in all Electromechanical aspects of Communities, malls and other related buildings including Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting, Fountains and Swimming Pools, Pump Stations and other Electromechanical systems. - Planning, supervising and following-up all tasks such as Operation, scheduled maintenance, repairing malfunctions and maintaining of all Premises. -Ensure the efficiency of all Electromechanical Systems (in the Commercial, clubs and administrative building and residence area) and perform required maintenance periodically - Ensure the validity of all Systems, equipment and facilities of all Premises , make sure they are operating well and perform necessary maintenance - Prepare periodic monthly reports and monthly maintenance plans. - Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are cost effective and efficient. - Liaise, supervise, and coordinate with contractors on projects and repair/maintenance works - Organizing, training and the development of competencies within the Operations team. - Managing the human resources of the department (performance appraisal, career interviews, identification of training needs etc. In order to ensure the professional development of the team. - Ensures that administrative reports, paperwork, and requests are completed and submitted in a timely and accurate manner. - Prepare annual maintenance budget. -Improving the Operation and maintenance systems,and Maintaining cost-effective facilities management of all of community properties. - During my time at (TMG), the Facility Engineering Departments has been upgraded to provide services of added Premises to comply with high international maintenance standards. - Assists in the development of the Company's Operating and Business Plan, Annual Operating Budget, and recommends operational plans of action to accomplish objectives. - Supporting Company’s strategic objective of achieving image for excellence by providing environmental and quality management. **General Manager of Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Networks at Madinaty Electromechanical Energy Company - Talaat Moustafa Group** *2020 - Present* Responsible for overseeing the entire process from the initial participation in the approval of designs to supervising the implementation, followed by the complete procedures necessary for testing and receiving all components of the medium and low voltage electrical network in Madinaty. This includes managing the operation and maintaining the continuity of the electric current through programs and protocols for operating procedures, maintenance, and various repairs for all equipment and parts of the network. Responsibilities extend from the beginning of the electrical substations with a voltage of 66/22 kV, through the electrical distributors and transformers, medium voltage cables, to the low voltage panels and cables, ending with the residential customer (apartments and villas), commercial (shopping centers and malls), administrative, recreational, and Madinaty Club, as well as water stations (treatment, desalination, wells, drainage and lifting, drinking and irrigation water), and others.
