Upgrade of the control system in production machines in food company . Replace of old system controller with an PLC in drying factory. Modified in the water control system in dying factory to save a loss of the water use. Electromechanical Supervision installation of new factory in Fayum Industrial free zone .

• Job Details:Duties & Responsibility : • Preparation of preventive maintenance plan & schedule check lists for all Equipment in the all factories (Knitting-Garment-dyeing-printing-finishing-Inspection) and it is auxiliaries such as: Electric power station, water treatment station, compressed air station, steam boilers, Gas station. • Supervising and coaching a team of maintenance and ensure a safe and effective work done during execution of maintenance programs. • Follow up the troubleshoot problems repair works and analyze the reasons of breakdown and improve the preventive maintenance plan if necessary to avoid the same failure in the future. • Manage the preventive maintenance plans, and operating maintenance procedures for improving the production facilities & reliability of planning department. • Recoding the production machines breakdown to get the performance of the all production machines and maintenance team every month (KPI). • Follow up the maintenance repair works and improve the maintenance procedure to save the time & the effort and the cost. • Control and update all engineering and technical documents &drawing. • Ability to build up the spare parts strategies for all equipment and also estimate the total cost of replacement of all spare parts required for the plant per year. • Responsible for any modification or any new installation in the all factories. • Responsible for providing leadership and direction for the maintenance team and also responsible for maintenance team training, rotations, vacations and overtime. • Experienced in working with British standard &TS16949 Standard and ISO18001, ISO9001.

• Job Details:Duties : • Preparation of scheduled inspection & preventive tests for all Electrical Equipments in the all factories (twisting-weaving-warping-dying-printing-finishing-Inspection) and it is auxiliaries such as: Electric power station, water treatment station, compressed air station, steam boilers, oil boilers, waste water treatment station. • Supervising and coaching a team of maintenance and ensure a safe and effective work execution done during the operational of maintenance programs. • Follow up the troubleshoot problems repair works and research the reasons of failure and advise the ideal solution to avoid this failure in future. • develop/implement/improve maintenance plans, spare parts strategies and operating maintenance procedures for the reliability and planning department. • Follow up the maintenance repair in the work shop and improve the maintenance procedure to save the time and the effort. • Manage and update the maintenance technical documents & Engineering drawing. • Responsible for any new installation & development also sharing design and review drawing & specs. with the consultant office in the all factories. • Responsible for providing leadership and direction for the maintenance team and ensure the maintenance tasks are performed and fulfilled sufficiently efficiently. • Experienced in working with Korean staff and under pressure & worst Condition .
