Job Description:
• Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
• Maintains employee handbook with update resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Ensures that all documents in the employees’ files comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance.
• Responsible on archive and organize the employee files at a sequence and add a plan, if it need.
• Handles all hiring issues such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintain it in the employee files.
• Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
• Responsible on adding employees at social insurance and medical insurance and prepare the required papers for this.
• Prepare social insurance records and maintain employee’s files and ensure fully meeting the requirements.
• Responsible for Social Insurance forms 1, 2 & 6.
• Following up the social insurance forms (form 1& 6).
• Preparing and issuing form 2.
• Comply with HSE policies and procedures to ensure safe work environment Develop the needed statistics and reports related to business need.
• Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
• Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
• Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
• Handles all termination procedures
• Record and manage the attendance, work system activities and documents of both company's employees and the outsourced team regarding the leaves and vacations, shift exchange, over time, absence without permission, penalty, incentives, and end of service and new hiring to prepare the monthly salary effects sheet and meet the legal requirements.
• Assist in the monthly salary effects sheet to be reviewed and approved by the HR manager then send it to the personnel and payroll supervisor to prepare the monthly payroll.
• Participate in all HR functions and activities such as, recruitment, training, performance management, Satisfaction survey, policies, and procedures, to increase the employee satisfaction.
• Develop HR monthly reports.
• Develop the needed statistics and reports related to business need.
• Updating personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.
• Communication and coordination with the bank in everything related to salaries and financial problems that concern employees
