• Job Details:- Supervising and follow up the purchasing process for the imported oxide pellets, raw material, capital goods, spares and services as per production and maintenance plans. - Sourcing the most affordable materials and provide alternative suppliers. - Negotiating prices, and developing relationships with vendors and suppliers, resolving disputes and claims. - Reviewing tenders, bids and improving supplier performance to ensure that adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment. - Managing all activities of material handling service agreement with Sokhna port and following up the monthly payments and claims. - Communicating and issuing contracts for the rental of ships COA/CP (Contract of Affreightment / Charter Party) for transport of oxide pellets to the plant, in addition to the agreements with the agents and brokers. - Implement processes and procedures to manage the contracts, ensuring technical and commercial obligations are fully aligned.
