• Job Details: Deliver Product course ( ADSL ,routers, exchanges …etc )for TEData Technical support.  Having an experience in dealing with worldwide companies.  Design Presentations and have expert level dealing with Emails , Word Documents and other MS office ..  Having an experience dealing with different types of customer . plus managing the required Oracle systems and reports required from HR department .  Teach English courses for different levels at Modli .  Desgin the activities for each course.  Test the students orally and through written exams.  Present Soft skills course and Technical support for ADSL services .  Managing implementing new comers at operation department .  Send reports to HR about the executing processes of the training .  Monitoring the training processes .  Prepare some charts to facilitate the training .
