Make sure all newcomers, current and decommissioned users have accurate Tenrox profiles with right personal and hiring data o Assisting with the onboarding process for the newly hired employees o Responsible for auditing the attendance sheets and employees’ timesheets o Responsible for auditing employees leaves “sick, annual and unpaid leaves”, and take the proper action either by approving or discarding o Submitting the On-boarding and Off-boarding tickets for the newly hired and the decommissioned employees • Employee Relations: o Responsible for the HR mail (HR@flairstech.com) by replying to each e-mail, handling or cascading each case o Responsible for issuing requested HR documents for the employees “HR letters, experience letters…. etc.” • Training & Development: o Managing the company’s employee assessment portal “Assess Team” o Implementing a performance improvement plan “PIP” for any employee if needed in coordination with his direct manager • Compensation & Benefits: o Managing the voucher rewarding system for all the employees and contacting with the payroll to proceed with the proper actions o Responsible for generating new corporate deals, contacting different service providers, and negotiating for providing the best benefits for employees • Participating as an internal ISO auditor • Other tasks as assigned
