Recruitment
• Responsible for receiving new recruitment applications for all departments of the company.
• Carry out and design the appropriate employment announcement.
• Publishing the advertisement in all available means.
• Receive CVs and choose who is suitable for the job according to the job description.

• Prepare job offers for selected candidates, then send them by e-mail and confirm them by phone, also send the required documents.
• Prepare and conduct the Exit interview.

Personnel and operations
• Follow-up attendance and departure for all employees of the company.
• To follow up on annual leave, sick leave and other leave such as maternity leave ... and enter them into the program.
• To calculate the hours of delay, overtime and penalties in accordance with the Basic Work Regulations and the Disciplinary Sanctions Regulation as provided for in Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003.
• Preparing the entry form of the new employee for social insurance (Form No. 1) in accordance with the Social Insurance Law No. 79 of 1975.
• Preparing the health insurance entry form (B111).
• Preparation of employee exit form from Social Insurance (Form 6).
• Preparing the employee's file in order to conform to the provisions of the Egyptian Labor Law.

Administrative Affairs
• Follow-up on procurement orders for (office tools, office equipment, buffet and hygiene items).
• Follow up the maintenance and cleaning work of the company.
• Follow-up the movement of cars for the directors of the company.
• Pay telephone bills, electricity, Internet at the company or authorize those who do so.
• Conduct any investigation within the company and take a decision based on the situation and comply with the policies set by the Department of Human Resources and Administration.
