• Job Details:• Responsible for creating and providing projections, analysis and direction of forecasts to maximize decision making ability • Monitor sales trends and evaluating forecast through analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), preparing reports and sharing the results with the commercial team, supply planning and Instock team • Conducts and provides analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) among Categories and accounts • Create and maintain SKU level demand plans to be used in procuring the needed inventory flow from suppliers and sellers • Measure performance of forecasting accuracy and bias to provide an actionable plan for continuous improvement • Continuous monitoring for slow and non-moving inventory to improve the P&L and inventory health • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply maximizing service level as well as identify risk from excess inventory. Identify trends at the SKU level through ABC XYZ analysis, contribution %, Daily run rate • Monitors, identifies and coordinates other internal and external inventory locations to improve supply efficiency and order fill rate with marketplace sellers • Create standard and non-standard reporting for projects and leaders based on data • Transform data into actionable, easy-to-read output to drive business decisions, insights and outcomes.

Senior Supply and Demand PlannerFull Time

• Job Details: Conducting S&Op meeting, to ensure all business stakeholders are aligned on the current status, as well as tuning the supply and demand cycle  Challenge Sales’ Forecast from Sales and Customer Service Teams according to seasonality, historical data, market trends as well as the budget  Strive to increase the forecast accuracy  Decreasing the amount of finished goods on stock to maintain targeted inventory levels  Following up with sales as well as purchasing to ensure a smooth orders flow to supple the required demand  Ensure a smooth production flow by ensuring material availability, avoiding material shortage and no waste of resources  Assist and coordinate in new product launches and support the supply processes to achieve new wins  Achieving company’s KPI of delivery and availability service levels  Controlling BOMs’ integrity, to ensure healthy and accurate MRP runs  Maintaining Safety stock levels to ensure high service levels, low cost, efficient inventory levels and effective purchasing plan considering the shelf-life  Follow-up on scheduled call-offs in harmonization with clients’ orders, to ensure availability  Analysis of dead stocks and slow movers to ensure high inventory turnover ratio  Identify areas of improvement in the supply and demand processes to ensure continuous improvement, and coordinate the action plan for them
