• Job Details:• Accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, FA, and Project). • Follow up the company obligations. • Follow up the revenue about of our company and Making all reports about customers. • Preparation of sales tax Forms and follow it up with customers. • Review and monitor the accounts of the treasury and conduct it monthly inventory. • Reconciles bank accounts and journal entries monthly. • Preparation of withholding tax Forms and follow it up with Suppliers. • Preparing the income statement about the service center, another report, comparison between the actual profits, losses and target. • Preparation of monthly u.s daily. • Preparation of monthly trial balance • Reviewing the supplier’s invoices (foreign, local), preparing the journal entries and follow-up the suppliers invoice settlement (cash, checks) •Preparing the payment vouchers and analyze the expenses on excel sheet, preparing journal entries about all expenses •Reviewing the cost accounts for warehouse accounts incoming, outgoing Inventory control of raw materials and work additions and exchange of raw materials. Responsible for store department in the event of work anything abuse. The link between management and the store in exchange and received requests from management to ensure delivery to the engineer as contained in the request for exchange.
