• Job Details:Project Engineer & Design Engineer Achievements:  Establishment of new plant (layout design & Machines).  Design & manufacturing of Fluid Power maintenance machines.  Has been entered new technologies: CNC machines. Control systems. Measuring machine tools. CAD/FEA/CAM software. CIM system.  As result to the new technologies: Reduce idle time 75 %( ↓75%) approximately. Reduce machining time 50 %( ↓50%) approximately. Increase accuracy of products 31% (↑31%) approximately. Increase overall efficiency & control which lead to CAE system. Responsibilities: According to title:  Following-Up New Plant Setup & Startup  Technical manager of mechanical design department.  Design of hydraulic components especially actuators.  Member of teams which chooses & examine junior engineers & labors for new plant.  Member of team which study entering MRP, ERP & CRM systems to company. According to previous title (Manufacturing Engineer):  Supervising Traditional Machining Workshop.  Manufacturing of Fluid Power components.  As a member of team which managing maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Cylinders in maintenance section.  As a member of team to managing maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of factory's machines. In addition, I had been setup and exhibitor engineer for the company at: 1-(INTERGAS IV Exhibition: Cairo, 15th -17th May 2007) In the Hydraulics and Sealing System Solutions Stands. 2-(MACTECH "The 7th International Exhibition for Machine Tools, Industrial Tools, Welding & Cutting Equipment": Cairo, 01st – 04thNovember 2007) In the Pneumatics System Solutions Stand & Raw Materials Stand. 3-(MACTECH "The 8th International Exhibition for Machine Tools, Industrial Tools, Welding & Cutting Equipment": Cairo, 06th – 09th November 2008) In the Pneumatic Systems Solutions Stand, Hydraulic Systems & Raw Materials Stand. 4-(MACTECH "The 9th International Exhibition for Machine Tools, Industrial Tools, Welding & Cutting Equipment": Cairo, 22th – 25th October 2009) As support engineer.
