    • Job Details:• Ensure providing insightful proposals and competitive quotation to the client: • Meet and Liaise with the client to discuss and identify their requirements • Lead the Brainstorming meetings and communicates the client’s goal to the team • Fully prepare technical proposal and tentative quotation. • Follow up with the client to get approval on the proposal and the tentative quotation • Send work orders to all departments involved in the project implementation • Presenting the final proposal to the client and work on any adjustments and/or modifications • Perform any necessary negotiations with the client related to quotation or work plan to ensure wining the bid or getting the Purchase order • Provide timely and successful delivery of the project according to client’s brief: • Works closely with all involved departments to ensure delivery of projects requirements (ushers, uniforms, design etc...) on time and as per the client’s quality standards • Lead the briefing/ recap of the project kickoff with the client or internal departments and agree on all the final details of the project (touch points, No. of Shifts, uniform, sample, etc...) • Mange the process of recruiting and selecting the ushers and give them a brief for the project. • Communicate all projects details (Activities, call, samples distributed) to the execution team • Conduct frequent field visits to make sure that the execution (uniform, call, samples & giveaway distribution, ...etc) is meeting the client’s requirement and take corrective actions whenever needed • Might recommend changes in the project plan whenever it is for the benefit of the client • Provide necessary reports needed to keep the client in the loop at all phases of the campaign: • Prepare all daily and weekly reports in an accurate and timely manner • Develop and maintain an updated report of the stock level of all the samples and giveaways received from the client. • Prepare feedback report to update the client on all the positives & negatives of the plan. • Prepare close out report that summarize all the projects outcome • Competitive report whenever any competitors activity occurs.
