• Job Details: Making & implementing master plan for all device’s maintenance. Making preventive & corrective maintenance for all mechanical systems. Responsible for chiller plant maintenance (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps). Responsible for maintenance of AHU, PACU, FCU, VAV. Responsible for maintenance of Firefighting system (CO2, FM200, Zone &alarms control system, Firefighting network). Responsible for A/C Mechanical operation (BMS). Responsible for providing the recommended spare parts and materials annually. Following and analyzing the preventive and corrective maintenance work orders on CMMS. Prepare the monthly reports and other reports for the Mechanical Systems. Support and Follow up the subcontractors for the Mechanical Systems.

• Job Details:Managing the supervision team (consists of 15 supervisors) and monitor a control the work performance of the main contractor LIMAAK Insaat who responsible for the facility management (MEP Services). Analysis situations and provide prompt solutions to challenges. Establish the suitable Scope of Work for the service providers to cover all services on site to keep the assets in safe and good conditions. Establish the Preventive Maintenance Master Plan Prepare spare parts list for previous items and purchase orders and Preparing tender specifications. Completing all concessionaire's requirements in core & shell areas, duty-free areas, F&B areas…etc. with all concerned parties contractor & consultant and supervising execution it without any operation impacts. Responsible for following & supervising of execution of outstanding works and Defects during defect notification period. Daily tour and checking the mechanical equipment. Following and analyzing the preventive and corrective maintenance work orders on CMMS. Monitoring the building management system (BMS) for alarms and carrying out a remote fix to resolve an alarm, or where not possible, raise a work order (WO) for a contractor to investigate and fix the fault. Then follow up to ensure the WO is satisfactorily closed out and the issue resolved. Member of evaluation committee of the facility management tender. Preparing tender specifications documents. Studying the technical proposals of the bidders. Attendance of envelope opening sessions (Technical and Financial) Facilitate and supervise the handover process between the existing contractor and the winner contactor. Preparing tender specifications documents with the Consultant (ECG). Studying the technical proposals of the bidders. Attendance of envelope opening sessions (Technical and Financial) Create activities list and making CPM calculations then draw a GANTT chat to show the non- critical activity and the total float for each one. Supervision of the start- up, test and commissioning of the mechanical equipment.
