  • Job Details:• Manage the Finance Department of two companies (National paints Factory & National trading Co). • Work with the receivable section in receivables aging analysis, due invoices collection, rebate calculation, scrap sales & credit note issuance. • Review the payable section work including but not limited to three way matching & supplier balances reconciliations before releasing any payment. • Manage the company cash inflow & outflow through handling payable & receivable aging and other direct cash payment to prepare the monthly cash flow budget. • Inter-companies balances reconciliations • Register any new fixed asset to the system and determine the accounting group type to assign correct depreciation rate. • Mange inventory physical count process in the factory & other sites • Work with the Tax Consultant to finalize any tax inspection required. • Analyze and review budgets and expenditures and manage the budget process starting from receiving the sales budget till preparing the master budget and the Pre-forma Financial statements. • Monthly closing and preparing the financial statements with vertical & horizontal analysis in comparing with the budget align with the commentary reports that show the reason behind any deviation from the budgeted figures. • Ensure the implementation of corporate policies and procedures are in place for all financial cycles. • Review the monthly VAT return, quarterly withholding Tax return & income tax return. • Ad hoc analysis & feasibility studies using capital budget techniques. • Resolve accounting discrepancies. • Interact with internal & external audits to complete the audit process. • Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company automated financial system. • ERP system key user responsible for training all the finance users whether in Egypt or in any other business unit abroad • Review any ERP system posting error that require any adjustment in the posting control. • Communicate with banks to facilitate trade finance transactions. • Utilize teamwork to develop department synergy.
