• Job Details:• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis • Use and continually develop leadership skills • Perform other related duties as assigned • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs • Identify all design and commercial parameters (signage, material, shopfront, commercial, sections, entrances, fitting rooms) and handle them in coordination with mall, brand managers, landlords & public authorities. • Communicate commercial and technical requirements to designers such as as-built drawings, LOD, design manual, in order to ensure that work is completed according to standards. • Follow up on the internal, external reviews and approval of the design drawings. • Receive final drawings from brand designers and submit to respective mall for approval in coordination with consultants. • Assist in construction permits and launch construction work on site. • Approve payment and quantities' verification and ensure proper settlement. • Guide contractor and monitor their day-to-day work while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and security standards at all times. • Supervise the compilation rectification of snag lists and handover completed jobs OPS..

Project EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Pre-Construction Stage • Prepare design brief for all new stores according to standards. • Revise lease contract with landlord and coordinated consultants to obtain store concept and provide them needed data for the store design. • Prepare project budget, time schedule, integrated works BOQ, and tender documents. • Review previous experience of nominated Contractors and prepare technical evaluation. • Negotiate with contractors according to the budget, and get management approval. • Coordinate with finance dept. and prepare cash flow diagrams. • Coordinate with VM dept. for fixtures and shelving layout. • Coordinate with consultant to reply all clarifications raised from contractors. • Providing advice on contractual claims. • Working on the municipalities' approvals to start work on sites.  Construction Stage • Conduct the kick off meeting with the contractor to determine project management strategy. • Review construction schedule submitted by contractor and advise with a corrective actions in case of delay. • Review contractor’s managerial submittals same as mobilization plan, shop drawings & materials submittal. • Perform a weekly progress meeting with the contractor & distribute meeting minutes to the concerned parties. • Establish a proper document control system to maintain the project data. • Review the claims and variation orders received from contractors. • Monitor project in regard of the required manpower, procurement, equipment, activities, initial operation, records, contractor’s submittals & closing out processes. • Managing fit out works with VM. • Auditing contractors invoices & follow up contractors’ payments with our finance. • Managing site engineers to assure that the work flow is according to the approved time schedules and cash flows and within the approved budget. • Hand over the store to operation and coordinate with the other departments for opening phase. • Managing maintenance works for all the stores.

Instructor CSIFull Time

• Job Details:• CSI package include (SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCad, Microsoft Office and CSI column). • Ability to make structural design for all types of structures. • Design concrete and steel structures. • Familiar with codes of design (ECP-2007, ACI 318-11, AISC-LRFD99 and EURO3-2005) • Revise structural and reinforced concrete design courses. • Prepare structural drawing using AutoCad. • Apply on high rise building.
