- Job Details:● Make pre-repair orders, check customer's service history and confirm necessary parts preparation for customers with appointment for the following business day. ● Prompt customer greeting with a smile. ● Listen to customers' needs, rephrase and document customers concerns on the repair order. ● Conduct a walk around inspection and conduct test drive if necessary to confirm customer issues. ● Explain content of scheduled maintenance by the following maintenance book, reconfirm all jobs requested, estimate costs and time for work and get approval. ● Update customer on service work progress at predetermined time, explain the reason for additional work, obtain customer approval for any necessary extra cost and time and explain total cost. ● Make sure all service work listed on the repair order is completed and order additional stock if there’s approval. ● Explain service work with visual evidence, cost in details and next scheduled service or any additional work that may be needed.
