• Job Details:Project Type: Residential project mix use (Mega project) Job Field: Project Management Office where (NEWGIZA joint venture with Proger Egypt to manage project) as GPT (PMO role) Project Name: Seashell Playa - North Coast Project Cost : 25 Billion EGP Project Owner : New Gize My Job Location : NewGiza HQ Job Role: -Developing assigned project plans in line with the project strategy to meet the business plan &departmental objectives. - Working on master planning procedures through development of an effective workflow based on owner requirement ,Site condition and Client's handing over status . -Developing of project master programs & milestones and monitors the progress of the project programs against the initial set baselines. -Reviewing, commenting, establishing with the consultants and contractors baselines program of work, reviewing their progress, and reporting on Bi-weekly, Monthly basis, the critical /highlighted areas of concern to management. - Creating scheduling tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources by ensuring detailed charts of milestones. -Monitoring work programs and status by regular site visits and meeting, ensuring progress reported is a true reflection of work achieved, and reports areas of concern or particular progress to the concerned party. -Convene regular project meetings with full project representation to review the status and formulate action. -Ensure appropriate levels of monitoring systems and that control information transferred between participants (the project management team, contractors and consultants) is clearly defined and that roles and responsibilities of all participants are understood. -Managing and coordinating within management control mechanisms for monitoring the phases of the project and Issue progress status reports for management. -Evaluating the schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions and recommending recovery actions for delayed projects. -Ensures a working environment that fosters motivation and collaboration between the team members.

Project Cost:1.350 Billion SAR Job Role: - Create tender schedule according to phase -1 of project requirements. - Create details baselines coordinated with constructions management including all activities for project cycle (Mobilization &Procurements &Engineering & Construction & Handing over & De-Mobilization) for all project division (Civil & Arch and Electromechanical) according to method statement and project specification. - Create and assign weightage system of all WBS levels based on manpower hours & cost by using productivity and calculation sheets. - Create and submit full schedule packages including narrative report, Cash flow (S-Curve), Weight curves, Resources histogram, P.R sheets, Procurement Plan, critical paths and follow check list’s to Enhance Schedule according to owner demand. - Monitor and Co-ordinate with all project parties (Financial, Human Resource, Procurement, Warehouses, Workshops, and Project’s coordinators) to support construction teams and keep our approved schedules on track and prevent or recover any slippage. -Tracking progress on projects (Weekly and Monthly reports) by two cycle ,Internal for our company including (Project status, Delay analysis, Variance, 1Month Look ahead, Photo Report), and External to owner Reprehensive (Consultant, PMO’s) as required. -Create Dynamic monthly dashboards for all projects to evaluate projects status (Behind or Ahead) (SV, CV, SPI, CPI) to submit it to CEO. - Check all Letter’s Received form D.C to check any issue that may make impact on executing process effect on project schedule (Variation Order’s , etc.) recorded on risk register and Issue Log and submit Notice of claims to save our Rights. - Submit Claims - Extension of time according to recorded events by using any Delay analysis .

Senior Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Projects Types: Mall’s Construction (Mega project) Job Filed : Real State Projects Name: (Agora Mall & The Lane Mall & Golf view Mall &VGK Mall) Project Cost: 750 Million EGP Job Role: - Initiating master plan co-ordinated with owner demands. - Create details baselines including all activities for ( Mobilization &Procurements & Engineering Work and Construction Work) for all project division (Civil &Arch and Electromechanical ) based on method Statement and project specification. - Extract Cash Flow (S-Curve) ,resources histogram ( Manpower & Materials and Equipment) and task for all member in project lifestyle with dates and required duration according to schedule . - Monitoring progress on site (Weekly basis) by using communications charts and documents (SDR&IR&RFI) to make Periodically update Bi-weekly & monthly. -Prepare monthly Report to evaluate projects status (delay or Ahead)(SV,CV,SPI) to submit it to management and our client . -Obtain all site documents to check any issues impact effect on schedule activities. -Initiate Risk Register to define issues impact schedule and submit it to owner and all project stakeholder to solve it.
