• Job Details:Achievements: • Formulating/maintain IT Strategy – IT project Management • Implementing technical solutions and management processes to achieve defined Recovery Time Objectives. • Responsible for defining the company's hardware/software products, processes, and methodologies in DR space. • Define assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems, making choices, recommendations, and decisions regarding DR solutions. • Architect solutions and lead efforts to implement the appropriate recovery environments leveraging the appropriate set of infrastructure standards and resources. • Present technical solutions and cost options to stakeholders required to meet their various Disaster Recovery needs and lead technology efforts to implement such solutions. • Create IT Disaster Recovery plans • Significantly contributed to implementation of cost cutting in technical solutions leading to savings of $1 Million in DR project expenses. • Formulating/maintain Yearly plan (Short term and long term) • Formulating Policy, Process and procedures books for IT • Able to achieve ISO27001 for ADM with approving the part of DR and BCM plans. Job Profile: • Creates plans to keep ADM functioning after disruptive events. • Do detailed business impact analysis and risk assessment that includes IT systems, building facilities, personnel and supply chain. • Provide leadership to the disaster recovery capability & specific initiatives of the organization. • Manage & develop a team of Business continuity plans from senior engineers apart from helpdesk facility. • Involved in design & maintenance of organizational DR site within virtual ‘green’ environment; monitor applications upgrade & project phases besides virtualizing over 80% of servers utilizing HP Blades and VMware for production. • Focus on writing technical documentation for testing & business continuity planning (BCP); coordinate with third party consultants for building requests for quotation (RFQ); evaluate responses & choose technical partners aligned to initial design. • Create testing plans for forthcoming years taking into consideration involvement of business units; conduct project evaluation of initial phase and prepare various aspects of the second phase.
