• Job Details:• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including the receiving and dispatching of goods and inventory management, while controlling inbound and outbound items. • Ensuring good storage conditions for all medical items in accordance with pharmaceutical standards. • Defining and gathering stock indicators, analyzing, and following up on stock security levels with regard to alarm thresholds, stockouts, and monitoring expiry dates. • Implementing risk reduction strategies and upholding risk management policies. • Keeping the entire inventory under safe custody and storing it according to prescribed guidelines for temperature, humidity, cold chain, and pharmaceutical standards and procedures. • Ensuring adequate preparedness before any loading/unloading and ensuring all precautionary measures are taken to minimize stock loss, damage, and discrepancies, and immediately reporting any issues for further action. • Implementing security and safety measures, addressing hazards/health issues, and ensuring proper safeguards in the warehouse, as well as inspecting all stored items regularly for defects and damages, and reporting them on time. • Ensuring regular inspection and maintenance of all warehouse premises and equipment. • Managing assets for all equipment, devices, and materials in the warehouse to keep them up to date. • Following hazardous material management program procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals.

• Job Details:• Managing, planning, and implementing all warehouse operations while ensuring the safe receipt, dispatch, and storage of materials and supplies in the stores, and conducting the best storage practices in compliance with warehouse SOPs. • Communicating with stakeholders and running queries on ongoing shipments, pipeline information, stock allocations, and transport contractors to direct and follow up on the arrival of goods, ensuring the availability of storage space. • Executing SAP corporate system transactions WM-EWM, batch management, MIGO movement, material movements, and SAP T Codes/Module warehouse management while maintaining proper stock records up to date. • Inspecting the received materials in terms of quantity, quality, condition, validity, and documentation of the goods; identifying and reporting any damaged or defective items; and initiating corrective actions accordingly. • Creating and updating bin/stock cards for all items after receiving and issuing goods, ensuring accurate entries into the system, and performing periodic, weekly, and monthly physical inventories of stocks and stock locations. • Generating reports and analytics from SAP to track key warehouse performance indicators, inventory levels, and shipping/distribution processes, including picking, packing, and labeling, ensuring all processes are automated. • Contributing to the regular and monthly physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records, and issuing warehouse inventory reports, IN/OUT status reports, dead stock reports, goods aging reports, consumption patterns, and stock turnover, as well as daily DSMR reports. • Controlling NFI inventory for the equipment and tools distributed to the sites and securing adequate and clean delivery and receipt procedures. • Supervising and training warehouse staff/laborers to ensure that all items are stored in a countable manner and stacked correctly, and ensuring their familiarity with and commitment to the CO procedures and standards. • Operating and overseeing the maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet movers, and conveyor systems.
