• Job Details:▪ Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations ▪ Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and varia ▪ Entries for Provisions of Customer Discounts, Credit /Debate Notes, Contractual Rebates, etc ▪ Analyze and interpret monthly operating or project performance against budget. ▪ Provide analytical reports covering all the P&L and balance sheet accounts and discuss them with the finance management on a monthly basis as part of the closing process ▪ Reconcile all balance sheet accounts (cash, receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets etc.) on a monthly basis. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies. ▪ Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger. ▪ Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audit

Manage Assist in preparing Yearly Budgets. ▪ month -end and year -end closing ▪ Follow up with Accounts Receivables, credit, follow up on credit notes if above limit ▪ Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reports and analysis ▪ Assisting in Monthly closing procedure, including review of general ledgers entries, preparing accruals for revenues & revenue shares, general accruals, Monthly amortization of ▪ Monitor the cash and any discrepancies in the cash register ▪ Entering daily entries into the company's accounting system, arranging and archiving them ▪ prepaid expense , depreciation expense Monthly
