- Job Details:I started my work in Salamat medical group with handling and developing the policies and procedures of recruitment and training. Then participating in the process of guidance and counseling as well as selection for new candidates through psychological tests. Also, organizing and coordinate internal and external recruitment process for medical and administrative teams. Moreover setting the job description for departments and staff. Later, I analyzed and examined the management organizational situation, then met with department’s managers weekly where I provided original ideas and solutions to the problems that the organization have. These problems were posing a threat to its existing system. Then I worked on the development of the organizational and administrative structure of the departments. By the time I completed the internal rules, regulation and procedures of performance evaluation for all departments; I came up with the policies and procedures for the management of human resources and training. That thing was a part of the plan to develop Salamat medical group on administrative and psychological sides. This was followed by the preparation of the goal, vision and mission as well as many researches and reports to achieve a certificate of quality in parallel with the introduction of new departments such as the department of quality control and the department of development and training. These reports set standards for quality assurance of health facilities (CBAHI). On the other hand, I finished the preparation of the annual training plan for the departments based on the training needs of employees and departments. This procedure was a set of processes such as designing the separate training programs for departments. The main programs were the development of leadership, administrative and supervisory skills side by side with training of trainers TOT, management of meetings, problem solving, how to choose and motivate the team, evaluating performance for individuals and organizations, management of human resources, effective communication skills and organizational work behavior of institutions. As for the motivations, emotions, personalities and behavior program; the receptionists of all four branches of Salamat medical group were the main audience. With high techniques I put together a development plan intends to fulfill customer's convenience and the state of patients psychologically. This plan included training the head leaders, medical and administrative cadres in Salamat medical group that have up to 1,200 employees. Later on, I designed resources for the trainer to evaluate trainees and for them to evaluate the trainer along with managing the training expense to fit the determined budget. These techniques and other scientific methods that were implemented in proper mechanisms provided the general administration a great structure for Salamat medical group policy to come across a lot of problems in the strategic planning, recruitment, administrative development, training, marketing, advertising and solving customers and reviewers problems in many departments such as patient services and management of companies in order to measure the return on investment of human effort after training with the proper guidance, which have made significant improvement in the quantitative performance, behavior, productivity and limiting the apparent excess of the costs. These efforts came together and converted traditional personnel department into genuinely modern management of human resources and training to which I placed rules, internal regulation and indicative instructions for the new cadres as well as the policies and procedures for the management of human resources for Salamat medical group.

- Job Details:I created a strategic short-and long-term development plan and a system to challenge competitors, opening new markets around the group to increase the income at that time. This was a follow-up of research and market study that is learning the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Later, I announced for opening jobs and sorted 244 resumes. Sixteen of them were selected for the professional skills training of sales, marketing, negotiation and persuasion by psychological methods in addition to customer service, customer care, public relations, communication skills, motivation, business etiquette and ethics. The Top ten members were recruited; Four of them have joined the sales and marketing team in Egypt and two were assigned for customer service within the group. As for the rest of them, were recruited agents for four European countries; Germany, Italy, France and England. I Assigned America and the rest of the EU to my responsibility in parallel with supporting and monitoring agents inside and outside Egypt as well as resolving problems with both agents and team work, brand protection for customers and training. Moreover, helping the work team when meeting VIPS by answering their questions and discuss the most appropriate way to protect their brands in order to approve the decision of having insurance. Meanwhile, I have negotiated with the former partners of the group based on their claim of having the right in the group brand (IGPS) that is after the separation of their partnership with the general director and the creator of the original one. The result was that I was able to reduced the rate from 4285 $ to 2285 $. On my second phone call I was able to persuade them that they waived the mark for the first-creator of the group without any rates. For the entire time I worked there I completed the registration of more than 331 trademarks for local and international organizations. As for the wealth of the monthly income of the group, it was lifted up to the rate of three times expend. All this effort in the group, which was one main office and a division office before I got there, translated into four successful branches in four different provinces aside from the main office in a huge economic crisis.
