Major Scope of works : Implementation of end to end Automation System for Service stations (200 numbers) in order to operate the service stations in self service. Roles & Responsibilities:  Develops and establish Projects quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points, quality objectives, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification processes to contribute towards its continual improvement;  Managing and organizing the QA/QC Department and staff for designing quality control systems & procedures and ensuring strict compliance thereby to meet stringent product specifications;  Making sure quality goals and objectives are clearly setup and communicated within the ADNOC Smart project;  Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, identifying and resolving problems, performing surveillance audits, determining system improvements and implementing changes;  Coordination between stakeholders on all the activities required to meet quality standards and make sure the team is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors;  Assuring all technical documents relative to site quality control is current status as per ISO requirements and Contractual requirements within the project;  Ensure that surveillance audits/inspections are carried out regularly and make sure all deviations from the project Quality Assurance Program and the contract requirements are documented;  Prepares quality assurance documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions, and re-validations.

QHSE Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Designation : QHSE (Quality and HSE) Team leader. EMP NO : ATS-11-1005 Duration : 18th Nov 2011 to 16thOct 2015 Project Executed : DERA Security Program. Major Scope of works : Command and control buildings, 60 and 80m Towers(Steel structure), Fencing, Pole installation, Cable trenching and laying, Structural steel installation for offshore plat forms, Access barriers, Gate installation etc. Roles & Responsibilities:  Leads a team of Quality Officers/Engineers to ensure that the organizations and project's Quality, HSE policies, Objectives, standards, and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications;  Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and overall Quality Management System (QMS) setup at sites and works with process owners to define the procedures, guidelines and methods which apply to ATS projects;  Establishment of Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) for the company to make sure Quality and HSE objectives are achieved and in line with ATS Business Management System requirements;  Develop procedures and establish quality assurance methodologies/standards in order to clarify the quality objectives of the organization;  Work with the QHSE Director/Project Mangers to provide a clear vision and facilitate the execution of a results-driven Quality Assurance Process that is focused on: customer satisfaction, continual improvement, employee development and business growth;  Assess the strengths and weaknesses of QA Department personnel’s to identify areas for improvement, training and professional/personal development;  Carry out internal and external Quality audits to ensure that audit criteria’s are in-line with ATS Corporate Quality Assurance Manual and other documented procedures.

Duration : 29thSept 2008 to 8thNov 2011 EMP NO : 103565 Project Executed : Borouge 2 Polyolefin Project (Client: Abu Dhabi Plastic Company-Borouge) ASAB Full Field Development Project (Client: Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation-ADCO) Major Scope of works : Construction of Substations, Racks, Heavy Equipment foundation, Mass earth works, Structural steel Erection, Fire proofing, Water proofing, Cooling & Fire water pipeline Fabrication and installation(GRE&CS),Drainage pipe(HDPE)installation, Manholes &Duct banks ,Fencing, Roads etc. Roles & Responsibilities:  Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP) & Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) to contribute towards continual improvement;  Advise all management, supervisory personnel and subcontractors in the implementation of good quality practices on the project and ensure that the construction is carried out in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications, Inspection & Test Plans and Method Statements;  Leads a team of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspectors to ensure Quality of the delivery of the sub-system and system according to legal, contractual and customer’s requirements;  Perform specification reviews, material submittal reviews, inspection and test plan review, QMS processes and procedure reviews to ensure that all Quality Assurance requirements are addressed;  Develop quality assurance procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Method Statements and Formats for major site activities;  Prepares quality assurance audit checklists and conduct in-depth Quality management System Audits(internal and external);  Organize or conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control trainings for all management, supervisory personnel in the project;  Identify nonconforming product or activity and to initiate Nonconformance Reports and Corrective/Preventive Action Reports.
