• Job Details:Led the production planning process for the the leading company of hotel room, bathroom, and spa solutions in Middle East, and Africa with different brands (Dr. Phi, Saskia, Acqua di portifino, etc.). ● Generating the production plan according to the demand plan input with taking all manufacturing and SC parameters into considerations (Production lines capacity, availability of raw and pack materials, priorities of sales, WH capacity, etc.) in order to achieve the company target. ● Balance the production and inventory levels of each SKU with the demand in order to support target consistency levels, inventory turn goals, and capacity utilization/staffing requirements. ● Follow-up with all departments to expedite the flow of processes and documents in order to meet production schedule and customer expectations. ● Daily operations meeting with the production, industrial engineering, and R&D departments, regarding the weekly plan adherence to avoid any material shortage or capacity barriers. ● Monthly follow-up on annual forecast to insure customers’ needs coverage and stock optimization.

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Managed planning responsibilities in a diverse portfolio of Easy Care brands (Easy care wipes, Easy Sweet, Easy Wax, Easy Shampoo and Shower gel) for 800 active SKUs, across 9 production lines. ● Managed material planning for 1200+ SKUs, while maintaining targeted inventory levels, working capital, and reflection on cash-flow at Easy Care. ● Worked along with purchasing department to improve MOQ, and LT length, and variability. ● Working closely with R&D team to coordinate changes in bill of materials (BOMs) in order to avoid OOS events, secure new materials on time, and minimize risk of obsolete stock.
