• Job Details:• Responsible for keeping employees files up to date. • Recruiting suitable employees for each vacancy. • Personnel Affairs i.e. Medical insurance, Social insurance, Leaving……etc . • Identifying training and development needs. • Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization. • Design and develop and Implement training programs • Appraisal of training effectiveness • Coaching, developing, supporting, mentoring and building the company team members. • Conducting Orientation for new employees. • Prepare, organize, administer and conduct in-house training courses i.e. Performance appraisal, Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Team building………...etc..
