Historical information on projects for reference and to assess the project delivery, completeness, and alignment with stated objectives and goals • Responsible for balancing projects and communicating priorities internally according to the overall business objectives • Identify workable process standards and best practices for how teams should approach projects, implements, documents and communicates the new procedures to the rest of the organization • Generate reports to Top management with projects statuses

Commercial Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Manage the delivery of the assigned projects, from concept initiation till commercial launch.  Report the project progress across the organization, from detailed projects teams' reporting to executive ones tailored for senior management & CXO level.  Identify and quantify external risks affecting the project implementation.  Draw up detailed plans of how to achieve each stage of a project.  Prepare status reports for use in communication to stakeholders.  Ensure that each stage of the project is progressing to schedule.  Communicate project direction to the clients, colleagues, partners and suppliers  Plan and manage multimillion EGP projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains.  leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.  Produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.
