i was able to lead the team through hard circumstances to be able to finalize a backlog of about 80000 claims in three months which is less than the expected time to be finalized, which was one of the greatest achievements as i considered it as a challenge that i had survived with a team of 14 member working together as one and i tried my best to solve all the issues that faced us which led to unexpected and an impressive result of success .
