• Job Details:o Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in house servers o Install and integrate new server hardware and applications o Keep an eye out for needed updates o Support and administer third-party applications o Ensure network security and connectivity o Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency) and test for weaknesses o Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords o Resolve problems reported by end user o Define network policies and procedures o Specify system requirements and design solutions o Research and make recommendations on server system administration

Trainee as a Quality Engineer and TesterInternship

• Job Details:o Execute the software based on the plans and test documents o Create execution records and update the status according to the results o Report defects whenever they occur, track and monitor them o Retest defects when they are resolved
