• Job Details:❖ Electric power maintenance engineer in CL (15+30+35) ton plant. → Managerial responsibilities: o Plan and follow up PM schedule for all electric components. o Working with the plant operator for urgent problems. o Arrange work between supervisors and technicians. o Writing daily report. o Oversees the day-to-day operations of factory including all phases of maintenance. → Technical responsibilities: o Dealing with protection relays (REF615, REV615 and Sepam 40S). o Dealing with MV Switchgear and RMU (Schneider, ABB, EGYMAC) as PM and CM. o Dealing with MV/LV Transformers oil and dry (AL mako and Schneider). o Studying Wiring Diagram of MV Switchgear and MCC of CL (15+30+35) ton plant. o Installing and programming of (Soft starter (ATS 48 & ATS 22) and Inverter ACS 550). o Sizing different control systems according to IEC 61439 & IEC 60947. o Dealing with diesel (Cummins, CAT, SCANIA). o Dealing with different control systems such as (ATS 1/2, ATS 2/3, Battery charger, Power factor correction, Dol and Star/Delta starting). o Dealing with different three-phase induction motors (De lender, multi-speed) and single-phase induction motor. ❖ Instrument engineer in CL (15+30+35) ton plant. → Technical responsibilities: o Installing and supervise all instrumentation (PT, FT, LT, LS, PS, FS, PSV, PI, TET, XT, WT, and control valves) devices according to P&ID and hook up plans. o Testing and commissioning of I/O modules of PLC signals. o Installation of Water treatment unit, Cooling tower units and different utilities.
