• Job Details:• Provide mechanical designs including determination of HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, interior plumbing design, and preparation of mechanical drawings • Prepare detailed shop drawing • High skills in the follow-up and monitoring the progress of works • Easy to deal with subcontractors • Skills in leadership, organization, communication and creation • Creating and carrying out test procedures • Achievement of inspection tests necessary in site • Control the quality of execution of the works in accordance with local and international specifications and standards and specifications of the contract • Ability to monitor HVAC technicians • Knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA,NF and DIN standards • Calculate design data and prepare layouts, detailed specifications and parts lists. • Strong understanding of HVAC design fundamentals and systems applications and familiarity with building codes • Proficient in use of computer software such as information management programs (e.g.,Microsoft Office), computer aided design and drafting (CADD) programs (e.g., Autocad,Autofluid), and calculation programs (e.g., HAP carrier) to solve engineering problems and facilitate work.
