v Insure all new instruments with correct information and record warranty period to track service contract after
warranty & record instruments aging and expected life time.
v Work closely with sales team to provide IB analysis / Business Unit’s to improve & find solutions to increase

v Provide quarterly / annually reports about Installed Base/Business Unit to sales team and BU’s managers :
Ø IB analysis per business units/ models , Instruments aging and expected life time.
Ø IB achievement analysis compared to previous years to detect points of strengths and weakness..
Ø Prepare summary for strengths & weakness to prepare proper action plans .
B- Service Process & Operations :
v Maintains an up-to-date knowledge base of spare parts and instruments materials, by reviewing product forms and
networking with suppliers and vendors.
v Works with the project planning teams to develop processes to manage new project for schedules, instruments
specifications and list that responds to a desired operational plan to meet project requirements, ensure project
integrity and prepares status reports for project progress.
v Manage spare parts logistical activities in order to support customer services team for problem solving, periodic
maintenance and planned modifications.
v Prepare reports inventory level per assign level , orders compared to assign budget, logistics performance.
v Spare parts inventory management :( Classification for Inventory- Managing the uncertainty in supply using safety
stock- Write off for obsolete and non usage items to reduce the inventory level).
v Handling operations & logistics processes for spare parts & instruments :
1- Order processing :
Ø Issue purchase orders, order confirmation, commercial invoices and certificate of origins legalization.
Ø Communicate internally ( Importer Company, global forwarder and custom clearance ) and externally (
vendors in Europe and America ) to insure a prober and accurate handing.
2- Inventory Control - Demand Planning :
Ø Classification for SP Inventory , 3000 SKU, 22 instrument family , 56 model & Regular check materials to
insure proper ordering with right materials and cost.
Ø Calculate minimum inventory level SKUs according to usage rate and safety stock .
Ø Prepare orders according reordering point compared to actual stock level for inventory and pipeline .
Ø Write off & scrap for obsolete and non usage items to reduce inventory level.
3- Warehouse Management :
Ø Follow-up warehouse Manager (Goods received compare to invoice- locations for In/Out items)
