 Carry out Policies and procedures relating to all phases of Human Resources activities for our organization.
 I’d managed the recruitment process of the Auditing Department and the Human Resources Department
 Handle the recruitment process from building up pool of candidates, screening C.V's, conducting interviews and tests, and handling the hiring and orientation procedures.
 Assist in the job analysis process and developing job descriptions.
 Preparing offer letters and ensuring that all new employees complete the joining formalities as laid down in the HR Policies.
 Assist in the preparation of orientation programs.
 Developing performance appraisal tools and Implement an efficient performance appraisal system during the preparation period.
 Arranging the employees files and re-new of the contracts, follows up employee's attendance and keep it always updated.
 Preparation monthly payroll for our company, 100 employees and Update reports for Finance Dept. regarding (Social Insurance, Taxes, Checks of Health Insurance and payment).
 Renewing the salary system according to the new labor law, social insurance, and new taxes.
 Prepare monthly salary reconciliation to ensure correctness of Payroll.
 Assessment quarterly or half-year to all employees the company to assess their performance during the year.


 Handle employee exit process (internal release, form 6, medical care).
 Conduct wage/salary survey within labor market to determine competitive wage/salary rate.
 Preparing a monthly analysis report which indicates the reason of each retirement, resignation, total disability, partial disability, death and dismissal for our company.
 Preparing monthly analysis reports to measure the actual costing of hiring processes for our company.
 Manage Compensation & benefit package review & Salary Structure, participate in benefits surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship.
 Monitor the implementation of legal penalties according to the Egyptian labor law & Consult managers about the formal action upon it.
 Good experience in preparation ISO 9001, 18001, 22000 and BRC.
