Posting jobs and filtering CVs’ (when needed) •Updating company profile items with new projects and their details . Updating and enhancing job reference with new projects and their data •Preparing filing format and indices •Making sure we have enough stationary supplies and order when needed •Preparing for events decorations and giveaways •Participating in preparation of presentations or letters (when needed) •Following up with following up process made by sales engineer •Following up with colleagues for tasks distribution when having to deliver an order •Sending emails and making phone calls to remind and inform the customer with delivery date and payment •Preparing items for visits (overview, updated company profile, updated job reference) •Adding data of new contacts and companies to contact list template for further follow up •Assisting after sales services with technical and commercial data for each order, goods serial numbers, guarantee letters and scheduling visits •Preparing job offers for new employees •Preparing contracts for employees •Making analysis for hot projects and their consultants and values •Making analysis for progression each period of time •Surveying consultants and if we are in their vendor list or not •Making lists with consultants and checking who to visit for registration •Making lists for contractors that stopped sending inquires
