• Job Details:• supervision:- 1. Planning, organizing and controlling the production workers 2. Production planning schedules and following-up of workers and to set a timetable shifts work scheme 3. Coordination with marketing department • Problem solving 1- Determining the needs of raw materials and preparing orders for the inputs of production processes (raw materials, machines, tools, equipment, etc. And submitting to the Procurement Department. 2- Reporting all matters relating to the conduct of production processes and the achievements and failures to senior management and making recommendations in respect of reward and punishment based on performance evaluation of workers. 3- Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards at the factory 4- Solving problems between workers 5- Following-up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and reporting on maintenance or replacement of unfit equipment.
