• Job Details:• Evaluating the needed systems components of Egypt Metro line stations (3rd line) and Train station (Cairo / Alex line). • Studying the components specifications and choose the right items to be chosen in several systems ( CCTV , Fire detection , Telephone , Radio , Dynamic Display , Clock ). • Creates technical drawings and plans for the final as built systems using AutoCAD.

Customer Service agentFull Time

• Job Details:· Analyze and resolve customer technical problems. · Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. · Intimate knowledge of the customer’s needs and handle their complaints. · Use automated information systems to define the customer’s situation. · Manage customers' accounts. · Issuing refunds or compensation to customers.

System Administrator Full Time

• Job Details:• Manage the company networks LAN, WLAN and WAN and information security and keep working according to best terms and conditions. • Cooperating with a third party implementing an ERP system. • Provides basic technical support and implement the Project IT Plan on small projects. • Responsible for the internal network and administrating other applications (AD , M.S Exchange , IP phones , Access control system , Help Desk ) • Manage all contents of the company data center to keep working. • Manage the company lab and keep it ready for training and practices. • Technical support and maintenance for all the company work stations, printers and accessories.
